Booking Conditions / Cancellation Policy
$50 non-refundable booking fee applies for all Bookings
Low/Mid Season - A $200 Deposit is required when making booking(s) and balance is payable on arrival.
High Season - A $500 deposit is required when making booking(s) with balance paid 30 days prior to arrival.
A credit card or cash deposit of $200 is required upon your arrival for security on the room and keys.
Cancellation Policy
Low/Mid Season: Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival, no refund
High Season: Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival, no refund
NO SHOW FEE: No refund if cancelled on the day of travel or no show
DYNAMIC RATE PRICING
South Pacific Plaza Resort uses a dynamic pricing structure, so accommodation charges change daily** If you find a rate cheaper than previously booked we unfortunately are unable to amend these changes.
REQUEST POLICY
Although every effort will be made to satisfy any specific requests, we cannot guarantee them. Should you consider the apartment you have booked not suitable, upgrades or relocations can be requested – subject to availability and an additional cost. Guest wishing to change rooms after check-in will incur a cleaning fee.
