One bedroom configuration

 1 Queen size bed (with option of a single roll-away)
(maximum occupancy of 3 persons)

Two bedroom configuration

Queen size + 2 singles (with option of a single roll-away)
(maximum occupancy of 5 persons)

Extra person costs

$35.00 per night ($50.00 in high season) applies when:
a) there are 3 persons over 2 yrs in a 1 bedroom........ (or)
b) there are 5 persons over 2 yrs in a 2 bedroom........ (or)
c) an additional set of bed linen is required

Rates include a full service for stays of 9 nights or more.

Booking Conditions/Cancellation Policy:

$50 non-refundable booking fee applies

A $200 Deposit is required for all bookings and balance is payable on arrival. For high season periods, a $500 deposit is required when making booking with balance paid 14 days prior to arrival.

A credit card or cash deposit of $200 is required upon your arrival for security on the room and keys.

Low/Mid Season: Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival, no refund

High Season: Cancellations 28 days or less prior to arrival, no refund

NO SHOW FEE: No refund if cancelled on the day of travel or no show
