South Pacific Plaza boasts Broadbeach holiday accommodation at its best. Our resort is renowned for providing value in an immaculate location on the Gold Coast. The resort is situated directly in front of the beach and is adjacent to the premier restaurant precinct of Broadbeach.There is a range of 1 and 2 bedroom standard and superior apartments available.

Each offers its own balcony and panoramic ocean views (from the 5th floor) or hinterland/ garden views. These Broadbeach holiday apartments are self-contained treating you to a full kitchen, separate lounge/dining area, large bedrooms as well as a separate bathroom and laundry.

All apartments are fully furnished and include everything you need for your Broadbeach accommodation. Most apartments have air-conditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans and baths. Only 2 bedroom apartments have ensuite bathrooms.

South Pacific Plaza offers guest facilities that include an outdoor heated pool, spa, full size tennis court, sauna, BBQ area and free underground parking. This wonderful location is opposite Kurrawa Beach and is neighbouring shops, restaurants and cafes. Jupiter’s Casino and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre are just minutes from your door.

Resort Policy in Response to Coronavirus Situation (updated 16th March 2020)

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented event. Our team have been experiencing a high level of calls and emails in relation to the current situation and we ask for your understanding and co-operation during this time.

Please note that the Coronavirus situation is changing rapidly and as a result, we will continuously be updating our policy in line with the government and tourism industry recommendations. This section of our website will detail our most recent and up to date policy on this matter.

Below is our current policy in regards to all bookings:

For all bookings with a check-in date on or prior to 31 May 2020 made on or prior to 16th March, 2020

International Bookings: Due to the enforced self-isolation policies on all global markets, we are offering the option to amend dates (for non refundable/non amendable packages), with the ability to travel up to and including checkout on 30 June 2021. In addition, we would also be happy to discuss the option offer a room upgrade for stays of shorter duration or a complimentary additional night for stays of longer durations (both subject to availability and will be confirmed at the time of amendment to enable alternative dates to be selected if preferred).

If a flexible rate has been purchased, a booking may be cancelled more than 7 days out (without penalty). If the cancellation falls within the 7 days or less no cancellation period, we will also be willing to amend dates (as per above).

If you strongly believe that you will not be able to travel to Australia prior to 30 June, 2021, we will consider a refund for international bookings with a check in date on or prior to 31st May, 2020. In order to receive a refund, we will require a copy of your travel itinerary, or other suitable documentation, which shows flights into Australia from an international country.

Domestic Bookings:   As there are no internal travel restrictions applied at this stage, our normal policies apply for all domestic travel.

Flexible Policy: If a flexi rate has been purchased, a booking may be amended or cancelled more than 7 days out (without penalty). In addition, if a date change is chosen, rather than a cancellation, we would be happy to offer a room upgrade or an additional night for free (if available). Please note… prices may vary for date changes if different seasons apply.

If the cancellation falls within 7 days or less of arrival, a refund or amendment is not permitted.

Non Refundable Policy:   If a non refundable special has been purchased, the same terms still apply and refunds or amendments are not permitted.

Once again, we will continuously be updating our policy in line with the government and tourism industry recommendations. If your booking is at a later date, keep an eye on our policies, as they may change prior to your booking arrival date.
