Security & Check-In - What you need at check-in:

  • Photo ID matching the reservation name
  • Credit card used for booking

Security Bond:

  • $200 via credit/debit card pre-authorisation or cash
  • Covers damages, extra cleaning, lost keys ($88), late check-outs, fire call-outs
  • Cash bonds must be collected during office hours

Payment Options

Book Now, Pay Later 30 days after booking OR 5 days before arrival (whichever first) Full refund within period; no refund after

Credit Card Surcharges:

  • Visa/Mastercard: 1%
  • AMEX: 2.95%

Direct Deposit: Contact reception or check your confirmation letter with attached invoice.

Modifications

  • Book Now, Pay Later: free within 30 days of booking / 5 days before arrival
  • Low Season: free modifications until 3pm, 5 days prior
  • Mid/High Season: free modifications until 3pm, 30 days prior
  • Later changes may incur fees; modifications after arrival require management approval

Cancellations

One-Night & After-Hours Arrivals

One-Night Stays:

  • Online check-in required by: 4pm Mon–Fri, 1pm Sat–Sun
  • Fail to complete by 4pm, no keys will be left for collection

After-Hours Arrivals:

  • Please advise our reception team of your ETA
  • On the day of arrival, we’ll email you clear instructions on how to collect your keys and access the building.

Car Parking

  • 1 complimentary space per apartment
  • Underground clearance: 1.9m
  • Oversized vehicles: rear car park (arrange in advance) or street parking

Additional Guests & Equipment

  • Extra guest: $65/night (linen & bedding included)
  • Port-a-cot: Arrange with reception
  • Extra towels: $3 white, $5 beach
  • For extra amenities please see reception
  • Stays 8+ nights: mid-stay tidy, linen, and towel refresh

No Party & Schoolies Policy

  • We have a strict no part policy and the right to evict guests hosting parties with no refund provided.
  • South Pacific Plaza does not accept School Leaver (Schoolies) bookings. If it is found that a booking is a Schoolies associated booking, you will be asked to leave and will forfeit all monies paid.
